Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Ataklar Kimya İnşaat Demir Çelik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. Address: İkitelli OSB Mahallesi, Esenler Sanayi Sitesi 3. Blok No: 2, Başakşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye. Email: [email protected]

2. Personal data processed

When you complete the contact form we process your name, company name, email address, telephone number and the project details you share in your message. Separately, your IP address is recorded automatically when you visit the site.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate with you. The legal basis is your explicit consent and the necessity of processing for entering into a contract. IP addresses are processed under legitimate interest, to limit abuse of the form through rate limiting.

4. Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. An email infrastructure provider is used to deliver form submissions; data is processed for that technical purpose alone. Disclosure to competent public authorities may occur where legally required.

5. Retention

Contact form records are retained for at most 2 years after your enquiry is concluded, then deleted or anonymised. IP records kept for rate limiting are deleted within 10 minutes.

6. Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. A single preference — whether the sidebar is expanded or collapsed — is stored in your browser's local storage. It is not linked to your identity and is never sent to our servers. Fonts and icons are served from our own servers, so no data is shared with third-party font services.

7. Map service

The location map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps. When you view that section your browser connects to Google and Google's own privacy policy applies.

8. Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information where it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction where it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, and to claim compensation for damages. Please direct any request to [email protected].
